Your Job

At Koch Industries, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to manage and coordinate all activities related to personnel administration. This includes onboarding and offboarding processes, pre-payroll administration, and labor relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving any employee-related issues.

Our Team

You will be part of the Global Shared Plants (GSP) team in Guadalajara, working closely with the HRBP and other HR team members. Our goal is to provide a work environment that enables our employees and the business to achieve superior results.

What You Will Do

Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure proper administration of personnel changes in SAP, including new hires, system changes, cost center adjustments, promotions, and schedule assignments.
Provide personnel support, including issuing letters, managing vacation requests, badge replacements, and handling resignations.
Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of direct personnel, including document review, contract management, insurance policies, and information capture.
Handle and manage labor conflicts.
Support recognition events and manage employee services.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, or Human Resources.
Basic knowledge of SAP, ESLABON, IDSE systems.
Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
Experience in the recruitment and selection of operational positions.
English proficiency at A2-B1 level is desirable.

What Will Put You Ahead

Knowledge of regulations related to IMSS, Infonavit, LFT, and other relevant government agencies.
Familiarity with standards related to code of conduct, ethics, environment, health, and safety such as RBA, OSHAS 18000, ISO 14001.
High-level workplace competencies such as service attitude, resilience, leadership, proactivity, and assertive communication.
