Looking for a proactive and technically strong Sales Manager to drive Molex’s business growth in the Datacom market, focusing on AI server, switch, and high speed interconnect applications. This role develops account strategies, promotes Molex solutions, and secures design wins through strong customer and cross functional engagement.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and design win targets.
- Promote Molex connectivity solutions to AI server/switch customers and influence key decision makers.
- Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and management stakeholders.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities; secure profitable design wins.
- Work closely with PM, FAE, quality, logistics, and global divisions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deliver customer presentations on Molex technologies and product roadmaps.
- Track market trends and competitive landscape to support strategic planning.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5+ years experience in Datacom/Telecom or related electronics industry.
- Preferred background in:
- Datacenter server/switch/router hardware
- PM, FAE, hardware design, or component qualification
- Strongly prefer experience in connectors, interconnects, or hardware systems.
- Solid technical foundation and strong customer facing skills (MUST).
- Excellent communication, customer oriented mindset, and proactive working style.
- Good command of English.
