You will lead the NPI engineering team responsible for bringing Molex’s advanced liquid cooling solutions into production.
This team supports one of Molex’s most strategic and rapidly growing business segments, delivering high-value solutions for hyperscale data centers and AI infrastructure. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the Role: The NPI Engineering Supervisor will lead the NPI team responsible for bringing advanced liquid cooling solutions from development into mass production.
This role manages a team of engineers and works closely with Architecture, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product development, validation, and production ramp. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-performance and manufacturable solutions for data center applications.

What You Will Do (Job Description)
l Team Leadership
-Lead and manage a team of approximately 10~20 engineers responsible for NPI execution.
-Provide technical guidance, coaching, and career development for team members.
-Allocate engineering resources across multiple development programs.
Drive team performance and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
l NPI Program Execution
-NPI project from EVT through DVT, PVT, and mass production. -Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure development milestones are achieved. -Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.
l Product Development & Validation -Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to define production processes, tooling, and assembly strategies. -Ensure smooth transition from development into mass production.
l Cross-Functional Coordination
-Work closely with Architecture teams to translate system-level design requirements into executable engineering deliverables.
-Support customer technical discussions when required.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
l Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
l 8–12+ years of experience in product development or NPI engineering.
l Prior experience leading engineering teams is required.
l Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.
l Familiarity with NPI processes (EVT, DVT, PVT) and product qualification.
l Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
l Fluent in English and Mandarin

l Strong mechanical engineering and design capability
l Ability to evaluate product designs for manufacturing feasibility
l Experience with thermal management, liquid cooling, or heat transfer products preferred.
l Data center cooling solutions (cold plates, manifolds, liquid cooling systems)
l Experience working with global customers (Hyperscale’s / networking companies)
