Mô tả công việc
1. Tháo khuôn, thực hiện bảo trì khuôn, lắp khuôn vào máy, kiểm tra để đáp ứng yêu cầu về chất lượng.
2. Thực hiện xử lý sự cố và sửa chữa khuôn.
3. Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm để đảm bảo hiệu quả chung của khuôn và tuân thủ lịch trình để đáp ứng mục tiêu của công ty.
4. Làm việc chặt chẽ với Kỹ sư để thực hiện công việc sửa chữa và bảo trì.
5. Hợp tác với QC, kỹ sư khuôn, vận hành máy để cải thiện chất lượng, hiệu quả vật liệu, giao hàng đúng hạn.
6. Kiểm soát công cụ bảo trì khuôn, đồ gá.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Kinh nghiệm làm việc tại xưởng dập - vị trí bảo trì khuôn Dập liên hoàn.
2. Có kiến thức tốt về bảo trì khuôn Dập liên hoàn.
3. Có thể sử dụng máy mài phẳng để mài lại khuôn.
4. Có thể sử dụng các công cụ khác để bảo trì khuôn dập: máy đánh bóng, máy vệ sinh, máy hàn laser,...
5. Có thể sử dụng thiết bị đo lường: kính hiển vi, micromet, compa.
6. Có thể đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
7. Có kiến thức tốt về quy trình Dập.
8. Kỹ năng đào tạo.
9. Có thể đi làm theo ca, kíp
