The HRBP serves as the main Human Resources point of contact for business leaders, promoting the company's philosophy and developing strategies for compensation, training and labor relations. Acts as a strategic consultant in talent management and organizational change. Oversees compliance with labor policies and foster an ethical work environment. Additionally, collaborates with educational institutions on initiatives such as internships and academic visits.

What you will do
1. Serve as a business partner for supervisors: Collaborate closely with business unit managers and supervisors to proactively implement ethical and legal HR best practices that drive improved organizational outcomes.
2. Coordinate labor relations: Ensure compliance with our Internal Work Regulations (RIT), Federal Labor Law (LFT), NOM 035, and other applicable regulations. Maintain close communication with employees and supervisors, assist in conflict resolution, and enforce disciplinary measures in line with legal guidelines. Monitor workplace climate to foster an ethical and productive environment, with support from production clerks.
3. Act as a change agent: Promote our PBM culture by driving initiatives such as PBM workshops and supervisory skills development, including the adoption of best labor practices.
4. Coordinate training and development programs: Identify training needs, follow up on training plans, and ensure legal compliance in training, adhering to Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) standards. Act as the point of contact for audits and continuously improve training systems to enhance efficiency and meet organizational goals.
5. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team: Work with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment processes for direct and hourly staff. Oversee onboarding programs, monitor new employee adaptation through surveys, and provide supervisors with feedback to continuously improve these processes.
6. Coordinate internal growth processes: Manage the Step Increase program by working with supervisors to define progression requirements, offering growth opportunities to employees who demonstrate strong contributions toward organizational objectives.
7. Coordinate required annual processes: Oversee legally mandated and policy-driven processes such as performance evaluations, job description updates, annual employee surveys, NOM 035 surveys, Code of Conduct training, RBA compliance, and other initiatives aimed at improving working conditions while meeting legal and corporate standards.
8. Analyze turnover and absenteeism indicators: Work with supervisors to develop proactive action plans that address issues, reducing negative impacts on business performance. Effectively utilize various HR systems (e.g., MyHR, Sersicom, Kronos).
9. Provide compensation and benefits guidance: Advise supervisors on compensation adjustments based on labor market trends, and participate in salary surveys. Serve as the primary contact for employee insurance administration.
10. Coordinate employee education programs: Manage programs such as English language and high school diploma courses, working with external institutions to support employee development.
11. Act as a liaison with schools and universities: Foster knowledge exchange through initiatives such as school visits and internship programs, promoting the Molex brand and supporting the academic community.
12. Coordinate RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) implementation: Oversee RBA compliance and follow up on both internal and external audits.
