Koch Engineered Solutions (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join the team. Responsible for implementing programs to obtain the most efficient freight transportation at the most economical cost while maintaining required safety, service and security levels.

What You Will Do

Perform, administer, and provide technical and analytical work related to planning, development, and execution of logistics policies and programs.

Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations and to achieve just in time delivery and mutual satisfaction.

Liaise and communicate with logistics service providers, internal and external stakeholders across all levels to ensure high operational optimization.

Prepare and keep accurate & complete Documentation for inland transport, transshipments & drop shipments. Keep logs and records of shipment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Academic qualifications to the standard of Diploma or Degree in logistics, business administration or supply chain management.

Proven 5 years minimum experience as logistics coordinator.

Proficient technical software skills to keep accurate and easily accessible records: Intermediate level on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements (import/export).

Exposure and experience of Manufacturing and/or Petrochemical Industry.

Have advanced skills in dealing with international trade activity.
