1 | Handle the quality issue in CM effectively and timely to avoid delivery issue and customer impact. Review 8D report from supplier and make sure to be solved completely |
2 | Work with Molex plants to assess the supplier quality performance and drive the corrective actions definition and follow up with low performance vendor. |
3 | Lead and organize the QPA audit for the new and existing suppliers. Drive the continuous improvement in the quality process of supplier. |
4 | Take the plant AQP rule to define and conduct the qualification plan for the new project before safe launch in CM. Including in FAI, DVPR, MSA, CPK etc. |
5 | Take responsible to handle the PCN from supplier and make sure any change is verified and approved prior to implement in CM process. |
6 | Lead the yield and other improvement projects in CM to improve their process quality and reduce the scrap cost by aligned with the improvement strategy of plants |
7 | Support the plant QE to handle the customer complaint relevant the supplier issue. Drive the effective 8D improvement for the NC issues occurred in CM. Ensure the alignment of quality acceptance criteria between Molex and Customer. |
8 | Lead the planned customer audits in CM. Track corrective action completion based on the customer requirements. |

PREFERRED: | Work experience in connector industry is preferred. |
