Your Job
Working as part of Supply Chain this role will involve you to manage a group of people at Order Management Team to deliver customer service requests and expectations in a timely manner.
In this role, you will cooperate with a broad group of stakeholders in Europe while working closely with the EU Supply Chain Team of the region and the Sales Team deployed in the markets making sure that Order Management Team processing assigned activities accordingly.
The position is based in 10th of Ramadan city, Sharqia, Egypt.

What You Will Do
- Supervise a team who is handling our clients request and ensure regular measurement of progress by KPI’s and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics drive digital adoption throughout the processes.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major stakeholders to ensure consistent customer service to choose Guardian as their preferred supplier.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner by your direct reports.
- Serve as the link of communication between key stakeholders of the organization.
- Support and train by existing capabilities in your team to resolve any issues and challenges faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part and provide ideas in how to generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Ensure regular measurement of progress by KPI’s and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Ability to effectively question or challenge the status quo.
- You will be expected to support the external sales team by highlighting new prospect opportunities in a timely manner.
- Having a commercial approach by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products by your team ensuring customers always receive maximum benefits offered by the business.
- Monitor, analyse and implement standards, metrics, and performance criteria to continually improve growth, productivity and quality while optimizing performance within the team.
- Generate reports required for senior management team.
- Active engagement in driving improvement, best practice sharing & process change.
