Guardian Egypt is seeking an Facility cum Administration Manager for Shared Services Center for GINA . This role will be required on-site Monday-Friday.
We’re seeking for a contribution-motived individual with ability to lead admin function, and always exercises good judgment and discretion while framing company guidelines and practices. This role will require strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with people at all levels.

What You Will Do
- Managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining parity in benefits while ensuring systems are developed and followed.
- Own and ensure GINA office facilities to high standards including collaboration with other capabilities.
- Lead the office layout, maintenance, equipment. Plan and Ensure Maintenance the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Drive improvements, develop events and processes that will create value for the team.
- Support HR with onboarding tasks.
- Transport Management.
- Internal communication and use of company SharePoint.
- Management of Medical insurance related to GINA.
- Lead Documentation requirements pertaining to expense reporting.
- Develop and manage feedback mechanism for continues improvement for the site.
- Follow up with the Safety needs with the safety leader and receive any requests related to this matter.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Graduate in any stream.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), use of internal communication tools like SharePoint

- Previous experience in leading admin activities.
- Experience in managing third-party vendors.
