DEPCOM Power Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support the Director of Contracts, Supply Chain, in overseeing and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle for our renewable energy EPC projects and services. This role is critical in ensuring the organization and its vendors meet their contractual obligations and effectively managing post-contractual deliverables, including warranty assignments, notices, change orders, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of contract administration within the supply chain. This position is in Scottsdale, AZ, and is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do
- Contract Management
- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track and monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and completion.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract database and ensure all relevant documents are properly archived.
- Post-Contractual Deliverables
- Manage and track post-contractual obligations, including warranty assignments, guarantees, and other related deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, project management, legal) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of post-contractual commitments.
- Assist in resolving disputes or issues related to post-contractual obligations.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and post-contractual deliverables.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual activities and communications.
- Process Improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in contract management and administration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing contracts and post-contractual deliverables.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience storing and working with documentation.
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing databases and related documentation.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage post-contractual obligations and deliverables.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in managing post-contractual deliverables such as warranty assignments, guarantees, and claims.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in contract management in EPC or renewable energy industry supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
