Job Title: Supervisor, Facility

Location: Thang Long I IP, Thien Loc (Dong Anh - Daily Bus from Hanoi Center)

Reports to: Manager, FM & EHS

Supervises: Engineers/ Technicians

Primary Purpose

Oversee and organize facility maintenance to ensure reliable operation of all non‑process equipment and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for utilities and facility systems (air compressors, chillers, HVAC, power station, water & wastewater treatment, fire protection, security, alarms, cameras, PA, telephone, etc.).
• Coordinate evacuation drills, facility checks, and required reporting.
• Supervise plant improvement and renovation projects.
• Work with local authorities on required training, reporting, and legal compliance.
• Support contractor evaluation and selection for outsourced maintenance.
• Contribute to EMS, CSR, RBA implementation and maintain documentation, standards, and work instructions.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Support achievement of plant quality, delivery, and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with 7S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and asset protection requirements.
• Follow Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S Management System policies.

Qualifications

·       Education

• Required: College degree
• Preferred: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

·       Experience

• Required: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environments

·       Skills

• Engineering and manufacturing process knowledge
• Ability to develop standards and work instructions
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and basic management skills
• Problem‑solving capability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/design tools
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
