We are looking for an HR Operations Lead who will lead the HR Operations India team for Koch businesses in India.
- Leading a team of HR Operations professionals that are responsible for delivering high-quality customer/consumer experience to approximately 6000 employees in India through employee life cycle (Hire to retire).
- Coach & develop a high performing team that will work on transitions and transforms HR Operations processes by leveraging optimization and automation.

The Koch Global Services Group (KGS) provides transformational global business solutions, leveraged capabilities, and advisory services for all Koch businesses. Our HR Operations team is part of the HR Solutions capability in KGS.
What You Will Do
Koch companies (including Molex, Infor, Koch Engineered Solutions) employ around 6,000 employees in various locations, ranging from manufacturing locations to IT centers in India. You will help our businesses succeed by partnering with them and driving a Compensation & Benefits strategy in line with our Principled Based Management (PBM) business philosophy, that enables them to attract and retain talent.
The chosen candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our talent strategy and promoting organizational effectiveness within our team.
Reporting to the HR Solutions Manager, the HR Operations Supervisor will work closely with leadership and our customers to bolster performance, build capabilities, foster a constructive workplace culture, offer guidance and coaching, ensure robust employee relations, and promote our Principle Based Management culture.
The HR Operations Supervisor will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, including the development and execution of plans to attract, develop, and retain the talent essential for achieving our organizational objectives.

We expect this role to:
- Understand, apply and drive PBM culture within the team starting from hiring the right talent, rewarding right culture to handling performance of individuals.
- Oversee the end-to-end India HR Operations process to ensure accurate and timely support for all India-based employees.
- Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and central laws and regulations in India.
- Stay updated on changes in HR compliance and regulations and implement necessary changes to the required processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct effective reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline HR processes.
- Collaborate with inter and intra teams to ensure alignment of HR processes with company objectives.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with our customer partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
- Oversee and manage HR Operations-related audits, both internal and external.
- Contribute to the development of HR Solutions strategies aligned with business goals.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory/manager role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR Operations and statutory requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactor, myHR, Allsec is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ASIA HR Operations processes and compliance is added advantage.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
