Your Job
The Direct Labor Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for technicians. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure the company attracts and hires qualified candidates efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to identify talent and maintain a pipeline of potential hires for various direct labor positions. These roles will be located in our Molex Guadalajara Sur site (Zacoalco de Torres) as well as our Molex (El Salto site).

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies & identification of the correct recruiting channels to attract qualified technical candidates for positions like (Controls, Test, Maintenance, Molding, Facilities, Assembly, Quality, EHS, Laboratory Technicians).
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, community organizations, and job fairs to find potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring supervisors to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in recruitment, with a focus on direct labor or similar technician roles.
- Behavioral interview techniques.
- Proficient Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working with recruitment ATS platforms: Taleo, SuccessFactors,etc.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
