建立并持续改善HPC设备维护系统，带领技术员进行定期维护保养和日常生产异常,不断提高设备生产效率和品质并确保符合EHS要求；设备资产管理工作
What You Will Do
- 熟悉TPM，建立/完善设备维护保养计划并确保有效执行
- 带领技术员持续跟进并改善设备POEE, 达成生产任务
- 负责HPC设备的FUSION项目导入以及日常维护
- 对技术员进行培训以及协调资源解决生产过程中技术员无法处理的设备/夹治具故障
- 协助QA和ME对相关品质问题进行分析和改善
- 熟悉EHS相关风险评估及预防能力，设备各单元进行风险评估并制定备件申购计划
- 对设备/工装夹治具的潜在安全风险进行识别并改善
- 协助Soucing对供应商的品质/交期/配合度等进行评估, 并通过优化设计或寻找新的供应商以降低设备或备件成本
- 跟进新设备的转移和调试验收工作, 确保项目按计划进行
- 熟练运行5W工具及防呆措施，对设备运行异常进行汇总并与开发人员讨论制定改善方案
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 本科或以上学历
- 3年以上设备维护经验
- 熟悉机械构造原理，有较强的机械故障处理、机械设计和机械维护经验，熟练UG等软件
- 熟悉PLC电气控制原理，能看懂并熟练应用电气原理图解决设备电气故障
- 具有较强的动手能力和敏锐的分析、判断能力
- 熟知设备保养、维修流程以及EHS相关标准
- 有良好的沟通能力，能够有效地与他人合作
