DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
| 1. | As a first decision maker for CNC/lathe machine make/buy with DMF /economic thinking 机加工设备走心机的投资分析和思考， |
| 2. | Machining NPI support such as feasibility study，DFM,C/T quotation， tooling study and preparation 机加工新产品开发支持：比如可行性评估，DFM,工时报价,工装分析和准备，工装设计 |
| 3. | Support documentation for production such as PFC/WI/FMEA/…and on line issue handling support on Machining parts and some cable assembly parts 常规机加工产品（主要），电缆组件产品（少部分）的量产生产需要的PFC,WI PFMEA的文件准备，以及现场问题支持解决 |
| 4. | Partial support some cable assembly line problem solving 支持部分其他电缆组件的现场量产工艺的支持. |
| 5. | Train and support CNC/lathe techcian and setter for how to program 支持技术员走心机设备编程的培训和支持程序编程以及难题解决 |
| 6. | Support equipment and CNC lathe supplier for quipment maintenance协同设备工程师和供应商进行设备的故障排除和保养. |
| 7. | maximize productivity and continuously improvement for machining and manual processes 最大化提升和持续改善机加工效率以及装配工艺和设备能力. |
| 8. | Support production teams in meeting efficiency, quality and delivery requirements 支持生产进行质量和效率以及交货的改善 |
| 9. | Technical support supplier/customer for problem solving to win customer satisfaction or cost down 支持客户供应商进行技术问题的优化解决以及成本优化 |
| 10. | Be member of QSA and EHS system internal and outside audit and continuously improvement 参与质量体系和EHS 体系的内外审核和持续改善 |
| SCOPE: | Work to improve and optimize assigned processes(machining and assembly). Also expected the development of new processes and major changes to existing processes. Expected to independently specify & research significant capital expenditures. Responsible for yield and throughput on assigned processes. |
EDUCATION:
