INVISTA is currently seeking a Center of Excellence Lead to support the Logistics organization within Global Enablement. We are looking for a COE Lead with logistics knowledge to play a major role supporting sustainable knowledge development for system and process while driving continuous improvement. As a COE Lead you will be a key partner to the capability, expected to lead by experience and influence while partnering to understand areas of focus, opportunities and value drivers, ultimately building strategies to support.

They will have courage to challenge existing mental models and equip themselves with the knowledge to successfully drive and lead initiatives. The successful candidate will be able to partner cross functionally with other areas including members within Enablement, IT, business teams, etc.
What You Will Do
- Partner to develop a sustainable knowledge network that meets the needs of the organization – Knowledge System Development, Power User Development, End User Knowledge Build
- Lead and facilitate Business Capability team driving visibility and buy in to business initiatives
- Develop and leverage relationships with key stakeholders including Global Distribution and IT
- Understand current global processes within the logistics space - map and define where appropriate to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Strategically assess and optimize our current technology
- Drive success in key projects by being leveraged at times as Subject Matter Expert and/or Project Manager
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 2+ years' experience working in a supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing role
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx
- Experience utilizing DMF and economic mental models to bring forward recommendations
- Logistics experience working in the chemical or petrochemical manufacturing industry
- Experience with project management & change management
- Indirect leadership and influence experience
- Experience applying design thinking principles and other facilitation tactics
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain/Transportation
