PRIMARY PURPOSE: Persons employed in this position are responsible for but limited to providing quality engineering support between engineering and production to ensure total customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 1. Responsible for PPAP build and submission to customer 2. Lead problem solving at PPAP stage 3. Work with SDE, responsible for components functional build approval 4. Lead MSA, Capability study for product development 5. As FMEAs and Control plan team member, work for FMEAs development and Control Plan preparation 6. Prepare PQIP according to PFMEA and Control Plan 7. Responsible for boundary sample and master sample build 8. Work with customer to define inspection method and receive criterion 9. Review production status of on-line daily 10. Provide quick response and problem analysis to manufacturing accident 11. Determine to stop line to prevent non-conforming product from production 12. Deal with suspect components in production line 13. Lead disposition of non-conforming material 14. 100% response customer and internal complaint and submit problem solving report to customer on time 15. Support Customer Audit 16. Focus on process top quality issues and Implement Problem solving for these top issues to improve FYP and COQ 17. Provide quality knowledge support to improve processes 18. Follow company TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedure and support Quality system Audit 19. To manage on-line QC inspector 20. Implement Product Quality and Quality tool training to operator level 21. Special projects as requested REQUIREMENTS: 1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 2. Good Chinese and English communication skills, both written and oral 3. If can speak Japanese or Germany is more preferred 4. 5 years relevant experience in quality management, familiar with radio frequency or mechanical is preferred 5. At least 2years work experience with GM/SGM, or BMW or JLR or Toyota is a must 6. Ability to work in a fast speed work environment 7. Good communication skill, good team member 8. Good knowledge at APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA and PPAP and problem solving tool
