Your Job
Design, development, and management as a mechanical engineer for assembly machine:
- Process design and equipment design for connector manufacturing machine
- Advanced development and standardization of manufacturing machine technology
- Participation in new product development, development support, and manufacturability improvement support
- Internal design and release of prototype and mass production machine
- External procurement and release of prototype and mass production machine
Mainly responsible for the design and development of fully automatic and semi-automatic machines for connector manufacturing, involved in engineering tasks related to connector product development. Examples include the development design of new equipment, modification design from existing equipment, productivity improvement, process design related to product manufacturing, and improvement activities for better manufacturability.
Our Team
You will be active as an equipment design engineer in the ME department. You will be involved in the entire process from the development stage to mass production in one project/job. There are opportunities to collaborate and exchange technologies with engineers at overseas bases, including Korea and Shanghai. There are also business trips abroad, and in the future, there is a possibility of being stationed overseas.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in developing manufacturing equipment and custom automated machine development engineering
- Experience in equipment design and mechanism design
- Japanese: Native or business-level proficiency
- English: Preferable, business level
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience operating CAD
- Major in science and engineering
- Knowledge of electricity and control
- Ability to grow and share progress with colleagues through "monozukuri" (manufacturing)
