Your Job
Phillips Medisize, LLC is seeking a R&D Strategic Marketing Manager to support our global marketing team. The largest pharmaceutical, medtech and in vitro diagnostic companies in the world trust Phillips Medisize to bring their breakthrough ideas and innovative branded products to market – with confidence. As a contract design and manufacturing organization (CDMO), we work closely with our customers to deliver proven, highly engineered products that help millions of people live healthier, more productive lives. Global Strategic Marketing is a new organization that we are scaling and developing to be a high-performing lever that guides our commercial organization and amplifies our brand.
The R&D Marketing Manager is a newly created position that will design and execute our R&D marketing strategy. This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketing strategist with prior experience working for a medical design and innovation firm or medical CDMO design team. Candidates should have an appetite for building and change management – all within an extraordinary patient-focused culture.
This position is a hybrid role based in either our office Cambridge, UK or Virum, Denmark. This individual will work with a team largely based in the U.S. so ability to flex with time zones and periodic travel to the U.S. and Europe for internal meetings and external tradeshows is required.
