What You Will Do
- Execute and optimize NPI practice to ensure ramp up smoothly.
- Lead and execute manufacturing continuous improvement across plant function teams.
- Collaborate with automation team to develop competitive automation machine for RF product.
- Design production process and set up production process standard.
- Develop advanced manufacturing technology for production cost and quality to be competitive.
- Drive manufacturing improvement in quality, efficiency and cost.
- Manufacturing jig design and improvement.
- Scope:
- RF product assembly manufacturing process.
- NPI & sample making.
- Continuous improvement process
- Customized automation machine development and jig design.
Advanced manufacturing technology implement.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering related
PREFERRED: • Master’s degree of the fields listed above
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: • 5+ years in product assembly, testing and packing processes as manufacturing engineer role.
• NPI work experience with engineering capability of DFM, FMEA and SPC.
• Experience in developing customized automation machine and jig design.
PREFERRED: • Work experience in RF connector and cable industry.
• Green belt of six sigma.
What Will Put You Ahead
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: • Technical knowledge in SPC, DOE, FMEA, lean production & experience in process design.
• Capable of understanding 3D modeling and 2D drawing for jig design and product design review.
• Process knowledge as molding, stamping, die casting, plating, machining, assembly and testing.
• Sample making and NPI project management.
• Design manufacturing process and lead continuous improvement process across function teams.
• Fluent English communication skill.
