光ソリューションエンジニアリンググループは千葉を拠点とし、当社が注力する光ファイバアンプをはじめとした光通信用機器の開発を担っています。中国・米国に拠点を置くグローバルなエンジニアリングチームと連携しながら、製品開発を進めています。
品質とパフォーマンスに優れ、業界トレンドを捉えた当社製品は、世界中の光通信システムメーカーから高く評価されています。その結果、当社は光通信業界において確かなプレゼンスを確立しています。
What You Will Do
• 光通信機器、特に光アンプ、EDFA、ラマンアンプの設計を行う光エンジニア
• 回路図、BOM、テストケースの作成など、光増幅器の製品設計全般を担当
• ハードウェア、メカニカル、ファームウェア、テストなど幅広い分野の開発チームと協業し、グローバルな複数拠点（日本/米国/中国）と協力し業務を行う
• マーケティングチームや製品統括マネージャーと連携し、光アンプ製品の仕様交渉・顧客技術サポートを行う（日本/米国）
• 入社後、数年の実務経験を経た後は、製品開発を完遂させるため、グローバルな他の機能Grを含めた開発チームをリードする役割を期待
• プロジェクトマネージメントを担当し、プロジェクトの予算、スケジュール、マイルストーンを管理する
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• 光伝送システム設計の知識と経験を有すること
• 光コンポーネントに関する知識と経験を有すること
• 長期的な視点（5年以上）でビジネスの成功を追求できる方
• 日本語： 母国語レベル
• 英語： ビジネスレベル
