What You Will Do
- Follow procedure to lead technician team to provide high quality urgent repair for Automation machine with quicklly response to meet department target.Highligh abnormal issue to manager for improvement.
- Work with Planner to organize M/C weekly and monthly PM schedule and lead technician team to implement effective PM(Preventive maintenance) for Autoamtion machine and correct actions for PM from daily machine perofemce monitoring .
- Manager machine spare parts safety stock with machine breadown frequence and business FCST.
- Regular lead technician team to analysis high requence breakdown &alarm and take corrective action for improvement ,feedback Automation technical issues to Automation engineer to improve machine stability.
- Analysis capability gap of technican(including himself) basing on new and existing autoamtion to work out develop plan to improve technician repair skill and machine knowledge to meet requirement.
- Handle NPI improvements for current production.
- Support Automation and process engineer to perform validation or qualification tests on new equipment/fixture or new supplier.
- Learning ,Practise and enhance PBM in daily work(Area Huddle), review RR&E with subordinates by PBM.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Process manager.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- College degree (Mechatronics,Automation,Mechanical and related majors)
- University degree (Mechatronics,Automation,Mechanical and related majors)
What Will Put You Ahead
- 3 years working Hands on repair experiences of Automation.
- 5 years working Hands on repairing and leading experiences in high speed automation assembly line/complicated machine.
- Good communication skill and good at learning.
- Able work on rolling shift and work independently.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook. Excel and PPT
- Software: AUTO CAD, PLC,SAP
- Basic sense of Quality. ISO 9000.Simple English.
