带领制程技术员团队支持自动化设备维修/保养/工艺改善。
What You Will Do
依照流程带领技术员团队快速高质量完成自动化设备应急维修以完成部门既定的目标，及时把异常问题汇报给经理以推动改善。
和计划沟通保养时间，组织团队对设备实施高质量有效的周保养，月保养，并且根据设备的实时运行状态及时优化保养工作。
根据设备维修备件使用情况和后期订单情况管理备件的安全库存，以确保备件的完善性。
定期带领技术员团队分析设备高频维修&报警的原因并落实有效改善措施，及时发聩设备不稳定设计或隐患问题给自动化工程师以进行改善。
根据自动化导入情况分析技术员能力，制定合理的计划来提升自身及团队能力以满足工厂自动化更新的要求
负责新产品导入工作。
带领团队支持好自动化和工艺工程师要求的设备/夹具/产品等验证工作。
在日常工作重不断学习并锻炼PBM，结合PBM和下属沟通工作。
及时完成制程经理安排的相关工作。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
3年自动化动手维修经验。
5年高速组装（或复杂）自动化设备动手维修经验及团队带领经验
What Will Put You Ahead
良好的沟通技巧和善于学习能力。
独立工作，能跟班工作。
能够使用微软办公软件。
能使用三菱PLC程序排查故障配合维修，懂SAP操作
基本的质量要求及ISO9000，简单英语。
